what it costs
Simple, hourly pricing.
£35 an hour for the first two hours, then £30 an hour, so a longer visit costs less by the hour. Visits start at two hours. The first chat is always free, and you'll know the full cost before we start.

| 4 | Gentle Ongoing Support, weekly Four 2-hour visits a month. Pause or cancel any time. | £280 / month |

Every price is built from one rule: £35 an hour for the first two hours, then £30 an hour, with a two-hour minimum. Longer visits work out cheaper by the hour, which is why the saving shows on the three and four-hour sessions.
Bringing a helper
Some jobs go better with a second pair of hands. When we bring a helper, add £25 an hour for the first two hours, then £20 an hour, on top of the rate above.
So two of us for a half-day (four hours) is £130 + £90 = £220. I'll always say up front when a job needs a helper, and quote the whole thing before we start.
If the price is a barrier
Healing Spaces holds a small number of discounted slots each month for people whose circumstances make full-rate sessions out of reach. There's no application form. Just message me.
Community partnership rate
Working with social workers, peer support workers, NHS / Recovery College / charity teams? Healing Spaces offers a 15% community partnership rate for clients referred through these channels. Mention the referrer at booking.
your questions
Pricing questions, answered plainly
- How much does decluttering cost in West London?
- It's hourly and simple. The first visit is free. After that it's £35 an hour for the first two hours and £30 an hour after that, so a longer visit costs less by the hour. Visits start at two hours: two hours is £70, a half-day (four hours) £130. You'll know the full cost before we start, and every visit is judgement-free and goes at your pace.
- Is the first visit really free?
- Yes. The first consultation is free and with no obligation, in person or over the phone. We talk through what feels most urgent and plan what comes next together.
- How much does hoarding support or a deep clean cost?
- The same hourly rate applies, and bigger jobs are planned and quoted together so you only pay for what the work needs. Move and transition support starts from £400. Tell me what you are facing and I will give you a clear quote before anything begins.
- What does ongoing support cost?
- Gentle ongoing support is £140 / month for fortnightly visits, or £280 / month for weekly. You can pause or cancel any time.
- What if the price is a barrier?
- Healing Spaces holds a small number of discounted slots each month for people whose circumstances make full-rate sessions out of reach. There's no application form. Just message me. A 15% community partnership rate is also available for clients referred through NHS, social work, or charity teams.
- Do you charge by the hour?
- Yes, and I keep it simple: £35 an hour for the first two hours, then £30 an hour, with a two-hour minimum. The longer the visit, the lower the average rate, so booking a block saves you money.
- Can you bring a second person for a bigger job?
- Yes. Some jobs go better with a helper alongside. A helper is £25 an hour for the first two hours, then £20 an hour, added on top of the main rate. I'll always say up front when a job needs one, and quote the whole thing before we start.
